The ECHO Quick Release has been on the market since 1987. It has proven to be a reliable, fast and convenient way to fasten and unfasten the chinstrap of a safety helmet. The product has EXCEEDED the testing standards of the D.O.T. 218, Snell (M2005) and N.I.J.0104.02.

    I had one of these on an older helmet and loved it. When I bought a new helmet, the first thing I did was purchase an ECHO Quick Release. No sewing, easy to install and remove. No modifications to the stock D-rings are needed. Great product!

    It didn't fit the strap on the Bell helmet, but did fit perfectly on the Seer helmet. Had a ECHO Helmet Quick Release on a helmet years ago. Went to Nolan that has their own quick release mechanism for a couple helmets. Am still looking for a quick release that will fit the wider Bell Helmet straps.

    I struggle with the traditional D rings and this little gadget makes putting on and taking off your helmet a snap!

    These quick release are great for when you're ready to go and feeding the strap thru the D ring is just a pain.

    the item is easy to install, however it is hard to line up and snap together but it holds in place and opens fast,
