- Must use our pre-paid return label. If you use your own label or C.O.D., you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

- Helmet, manual and product box must be in the same new condition (not used on a ride). Helmets with pet hair, bugs, sweat, rock chips, odor, wind abrasion, stains or scratches will not be accepted.
