When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Expedited orders placed before 10 AM CST will usually be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. So please account for the non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Note: Scorpion, Z1R and ICON handling times may be 1-3 business days.
What do you charge for Ground Shipping?
For orders under $59, Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95.

3 DAY SHIPPING
3 Day Shipping is a flat rate of $19.95. All 3 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 10am CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification.
2 DAY SHIPPING
2 Day Shipping is a flat rate of $29.95. All 2 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 10am CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Overnight Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $59.95. All Overnight orders confirmed before 10am CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Example: A Overnight Shipping order placed on Monday before 10am CST will be processed on Monday. Delivered on Tuesday by 830pm.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day and FREE Shipping normally arrives in 1-5 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.
Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 10 AM CST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM CST will be processed and shipped the following day.
For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 10 AM CST will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard shipping. Please contact our customer service department with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order. Contact Us
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico? What does it cost?
Orders are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $19.95. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is estimated 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will email a tracking number when your package ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out.
If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at https://www.ups.com/.
If your order is shipped via FedEx, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at https://www.fedex.com
If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at https://www.usps.com/.
What are the shipping charges for a return label?
For the continental United States, we offer return labels by email. A return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from the return refund amount. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. We can not provide a return label for Hawaii and Alaska.
To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders in one package as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible, so that we can correct your address. Once your package has processed, there may be an option to change the address with UPS or FedEx. It would be a $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs. Some shipping centers are unable to change the address once the order has processed.
What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?
If the shipment was refused because you changed your mind, we would deduct the return shipping $7.95 from the refund amount.
