KYT TT-REVO Fuselage Full Face Helmet
TT REVO, the KYT full-face motorcycle helmet, its captivating and extreme shapes have been studied in a wind tunnel to achieve the best performance without neglecting style and ergonomics. The visor mechanism has been designed to offer practicality and efficiency. Inner liner have been optimized to offer the best performance comfort, and airflow. In collaboration with aeronautics engineers, special software, and wind tunnel testing gave life to this innovative helmet: strong, comfortable, and performing.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Shell
- Shell is made in three sizes (S, M, & L), ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes.
- ADT-advance thermoplastic shell made of an injection moulded, thermoplastic resin mix with high impact resistance.
Protective Polystyrene
- Internal polystyrene is realized in three sizes (XS, M, and L) to obtain better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is determinant for the absorption of the residual energy.
Aerodynamics
- The aerodynamic performance is optimized to allow the best comfort at all speeds.
- Aerodynamic spoiler to ensure exceptional aerodynamic penetration and extraordinary stability at various speeds.
Ventilation
- Five front air intakes and four rear extractors located under the aerodynamic spoiler.
- Chin curtain to ensure better air and noise insulation at the bottom of the helmet.
Comfort Liners
- Inners are made of fine and soft fabrics in fiber that ease the air flow, maintaining dry and fresh the part in contact with the face.
- Cheek pads and internal shell are washable and completely removable.
Visor
- Optical Visor Class 1 Visor geometries are carefully studied and designed through advanced optical software. The visor has a variable thickness in order to obtain the optical class 1, the best performance achievable for a lens.
- Racing lock visor - Mechanical visor lock.
- TT-REVO is ready for Antifog PINLOCK Max Vision 70.
- Polycarbonate, scratch-resistant visor with UV380 ray filters.
Retention System
- The retention system is equipped with a DD ring. It is compatible with micrometric add-ons.
