Game changer
This helmet changed my life and I don’t ever take it off even when I’m sleeping showering or procreating
Nice to have bluetooth
I purchased this helmet for the design and bluetooth capability. The Flag looks pretty nice. Pairing it to my phone was simple. I use for music and phone calls. So far it has been working fine. Sound quality is better than my last bluetooth device. After 40 mph, there is a bit of surrounding wind noise. My cruiser is not that loud. If I ride faster on the highway, I can still hear it, but it gets more difficult. My friends compliment it and seem interested in buying one too. Specifically regarding use of bluetooth, this helmet meets and exceeds my requirements easily. When riding, I'm not in need of holding long in-depth conversations. just having the ability to easily answer a call to say "Hi...I'm riding, I'll call you back when I stop", helps keep the nerves of those that worry and pray for me at ease. Pairing my phone to helmet was simple. If music is playing, incoming call will prompt alerting 3-4 beeps or blurps (not quite as annoying as a beep) and switch to call if answered. If not answered or at end of call, music will automatically resume. In the two to three calls I've had so far, I've found the following: 1) 0-40 mph: Very little to no noise on both ends. Call is clear with no issues hearing my callers, nor them hearing me. 2) 40-60 mph: In this range there will be some light wind noise but the call is still pretty clear on both ends. Was told it sounds like I have my windows down in a car a little bit, so pretty much equivalent to using the bluetooth in my car. 3) 60+ mph: Naturally a lot more wind noise, can still hear well enough to make out common conversation but somewhat annoying for the caller trying to hold any kind of conversation of substance. *Note that these may vary depending on how loud your bike is and/or wind speeds. May also help to add helmet skirt to helmet.
Wiring not that great.
Gave this to my husband for Christmas and the sizing was way off! It’s too small and the wiring in the Bluetooth went out. You can’t hear anything out of one side of the helmet.

I am sorry to hear you had trouble with this item. If you haven't contacted Torc Tech support, their phone # is (626)444-0107 Although it does not happen often, sometimes when you slide the helmet on or off, the wire may become detached. The wire is right under the liner. Torc can walk you thru on how to check that and reconnect it. Also, the helmet comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. So if they find a part or helmet has a manufacturer's defect, they will repair or replace the part.
Mixed feelings
Very comfortable helmet, it fits very well. My only complaints are that it didn't come with instructions for pairing to my phone that I had to locate on the internet and the sun shield visor vibrates down while riding. Other than that the Bluetooth works amazing.
Awesome helmet
I give this a solid 4 stars. It’s a great helmet Pros: awesome look. It’s comfortable Easy to use Bluetooth Sun visor works well and is easy to operate Bluetooth unit works well and has the intercom feature which allows you to communicate with other Bluetooth devices Helmet is priced pretty fair Cons: Only con I could find is that the speakers have no base so music doesn’t sound really great but I can live with it. (Kinda takes me back to the Walkman days lol) Overall I’d say buy it. There are better Bluetooth options out there but you will spend more money on them. And you have to have a helmet too.
